This is the only thing I've seen in a while that was actually nice. It's so nice that I'm putting it here and on the side bar under Can You Dig it. It's not very often that you see something that involves fixed gear bicycles and its culture and is not completely cliche. The film is artfully done, tells a nice little story, and doesn't over embellish it's content or try to be "cool". My favorite part is the Japanese dude's drop handlebars, they're outta control.

although clearly in it's infancy, this looks like it could grow to be pretty cool, and definitely advantageous to Pittsburgh, much needed endeavor to court and maintain a population of people under 40.

Veer

Veer: Elements for Creativity
just poking around old bookmarks and came across Veer. There seems to be more and more of these types of sites popping up, there's also Behance which is pretty nice, but a little too much of itself. And there's also Trunkt which is a nice "more sophisticated" Etsy type thing.
